Juventus Transfers Policy

Placed in 7th grade in serie A last season , make “one of the biggest team in europe” like juventus feel confused. It showed with management changing, head coach and staff coach changing, and large scale players changing. Beppe marrota became sport director, ( person who manage transfer activity ), luigi del nerri ( former sampdoria coach) become head coach ( person who manage strategy and recommended players who should juventus buy and choose players who entering loan list and release players who not needed by the club). In season 10/11 juventus sign many players too. They sign leionardo bonucci, marco motta, marco storari, armand traore, leandro rianudo, milos krasic, Roberto aquilani, , simone pepe, Fabio quagliarella, and Jorge Martinez.
Around 50 million euros , they have spent to bring those players. It’s not few money, moreover according goal.com ( the biggest football site in the world ), juventus placed in 4th grade after Manchester city, real Madrid and Barcelona for the most extravagant team predicate in 2010/2011 summer transfer market.
As a juventini (juventus fans), I feel confused with juventus transfer policy this season. They seems not thinking longer before buy a new player. With the number of players who comes, it will need many adaptation for each player, and the team foundation which built for many years will be changed drastically. Beside that I fell juventus bought unimportant and unconvincing players. In this case I take Alberto Aquilani for example. No doubt anymore Aquilani is the best talent whose Italian have, but according the last two years, Aquilani became a flop player in As Roma and Liverpool. Recurrent injuries maybe the main factor which make Aquilani performance continues to decline. Fabio Quagliarella for another example, Fabio is a destroyer striker typically with a few goals on his track record. Juve not needed player like that because they have Alex and Iaquita with the same typical. Juventus needed a finisher stiker with many goals like Diego Forlan, Giampaolo Pazzini, Emanuel Adebayor or Wolsburg Ace Edin Dzeko.
With high expenditure like that, Juventus should win minimum 1 tiitle in this season, and juve president want scudetto become the first priority, after the failure attending champions league this season. That target is not be easy, considering the main competitor in serie A like inter Milan, as roma, and ac Milan prepares this season very well.
